Our products are the result of decades of experience and constant monitoring of the raw materials employed: it is no accident that we aim at authenticity using non-hydrogenated fats,home-grown flour purchased from market leaders, milk from Alto Adige, lecithin certificated free from GMO, high quality cocoa and creams free from artificial colouring.
